David Aspinall is a senior restructuring, transactions and corporate advisory professional with more than 20 years of Big 4 and specialist advisory experience, advising boards, financiers, private equity investors and management teams through complex restructurings, business transformations, integrations, separations, carve-outs and M&A transactions across Australia, Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
