Cannim Group Pty Limited & Cannim Australia Pty Ltd (Cannim)

On 27 October 2025, Rajiv Goyal, Michael Billingsley, and Neil Cussen of Olvera Advisors were appointed Voluntary Administrators of Cannim, a global leader in medicinal cannabis, with integrated operations across Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

At the creditors meeting on 30 January 2026, the companies were wound up and Rajiv Goyal, Michael Billingsley and Neil Cussen were appointed as Liquidators of Cannim.

The Liquidators are working closely with the company’s employees to ensure all outstanding employee entitlements are paid as soon as possible through the Fair Entitlements Guarantee (FEG) scheme. In addition, the Liquidators are actively pursuing recoveries for the benefit of all creditors.

A further creditors’ report will be issued within three months of the commencement of the liquidation (by the end of April). This report will provide an update on the progress of the liquidation, including the status of recoveries and litigation, as well as an estimated return to creditors.
