Michael James Billingsley and Neil Robert Cussen were appointed Receivers & Managers of the Company on 14 October 2024 pursuant to the provisions contained in a Security Agreement giving rise to a Security Interest registered on the Personal Property Securities Register as created by the company in favour of Cyprus Capital Limited. The Receivers and Managers are in control of the trading of the Company.
