Rajiv Goyal and Anthony Phillip Wright were appointed on 13 October 2025 as Joint and Several Administrators (Voluntary Administrators) of All The Time Hospitality Pty Ltd T/As Marama Wine Bar.
Ongoing Trading of Business
Upon appointment, the Voluntary Administrators executed a licence agreement with Mr Tom Gunn (Licence Agreement), whereby Mr Tom Gunn will continue to operate the Company’s business in his personal capacity during the Administration period.
The Administration period is expected to be from our appointment date, 13 October 2025, to either the Company executing a Deed of Company Arrangement or being placed into liquidation. Creditors will decide the future of the Company at the Second Meeting of Creditors. Further notice will be issued regarding this meeting.
In this regard, under the License Agreement, liability in respect of any goods purchased or services rendered during the Administration period lies with Mr Tom Gunn personally. It should be noted that liability will not be accepted by the Voluntary Administrators, in respect of any goods purchased or services rendered.
