22 September 2025 — Olvera Advisors today announced the appointment of Rajiv Goyal as a Principal, further strengthening the firm’s expertise in complex restructuring, turnaround, and formal insolvency engagements.
With over 24 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround, and insolvency, Raj joins Olvera Advisors after senior roles at specialist boutique restructuring firms and a Big 4 banking workout team. He has a proven record of helping financiers, corporates, and other key stakeholders navigate high-pressure situations, delivering customised, commercially sound solutions with keen commercial insight and a pragmatic approach.
Raj is an expert across the full range of external administrations, including receiverships, administrations, liquidations, deeds of company arrangement, and creditors’ trusts. He is primarily known for trade-ons and ‘mid-market’ voluntary administrations, restructures through deeds of company arrangements and property construction receiverships.
