Big Un Limited (In Liquidation) (Big Un) was incorporated on 22 September 2003 and was listed on the ASX until it was suspended in February 2018 and delisted in August 2018. It was a part of a group of companies comprising Big Un and its wholly-owned subsidiaries including trading entity Big Review TV Limited (In Liquidation) (BRTV). On 24 August 2018, Big Un was placed into administration. On 23 October 2019, Big Un was placed into liquidation. Neil Cussen is the liquidator of Big Un.
Big Un Group was in the business of developing and operating a social media video review technology platform for the use of small to medium sized enterprises (SME’s), and supplying SME’s with products and services including producing promotional video’s for the businesses of SME’s for use on the Big TV Platform and providing subscriptions for SME’s access to and use of promotional video’s on the Big TV Platform.
The liquidators are currently investigating the affairs of Big Un including its revenue recognition practices and are pursuing a number of directors and advisors for various breaches of the Corporations Act 2001.
