Olvera Advisors was appointed as Receivers and Managers of PB & Associates Pty Ltd by their secured creditor. This project covered a portfolio of commercial office properties in Norwest and vacant beachfront residential land at Forresters Beach, north of Sydney.
Our objective was to manage the sale process of the propertiesand maximise the return to the secured creditor.
