About Tony

Joining Olvera Advisors, Tony brings over 15 years of insolvency experience to the team. His expertise spans all forms of external administrations, including receiverships, voluntary administrations, deed administrations, and liquidations. Furthermore, he has hands-on experience in preparing Investigating Accountant’s Reports and conducting Pre-Lending Reviews for secured lenders.

Tony’s unique experience includes a five-year tenure in ASIC’s Enforcement Division, where he was deeply involved in investigating high-profile corporate collapses and pursuing directors and officers for serious fraud and misconduct.

With an industry background that ranges from financial services, retail, and transport to agriculture, property and construction, mining, and hospitality, Tony has demonstrated his ability to handle cases from small to medium-sized wind-ups and restructures to large, complex matters involving publicly listed companies.
