Prior to joining Olvera, Gerard worked on a number of high-profile restructuring engagements in Ireland, including successful court-supervised processes that closely align with Australia’s Voluntary Administration and Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) frameworks. His experience spans a wide range of businesses—from SMEs to listed companies—where he consistently brings a calm, commercially-minded approach.
