Olvera Advisors are seeking motivated Undergraduates and Graduates with an interest in business advisory, transformation and restructuring to join our dynamic practice. You will be a member of a team tasked with providing innovative and timely solutions to clients.

About You:
To be considered for this opportunity you will have a graduate degree or be approaching the end of your degree. Postgraduate studies (or courses) is a plus but not a must – we can build that into your personal development plan. In addition, you will need:
- Completed or in final year of tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (i.e. a degree in commerce/economics/business and/or law, majors/minors in accounting or finance)
- A positive attitude and the ability to develop cooperative and inclusive working relationships with others, whilst considering the needs of others
- Excellent interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence to build on relationships with team members, clients and key stakeholders
- Strong written & verbal skills
- Aptitude to identify, scope and solve problems
- Strong financial modelling skills would be a plus
- A questioning mind!
