Job Description:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, working closely with and reporting to our marketing director. You will assist our team and partners in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns using HubSpot and SharePoint. Your role will involve coordinating various marketing activities, managing content creation, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns using HubSpot and SharePoint.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Manage content creation and distribution across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing director and senior team members on strategic projects and new opportunities.
- Maintain marketing calendars, track budgets, and prepare team reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Support event planning and execution, including webinars, conferences, and client meetings.
- Internally support our principals and team, leading meetings and ensuring effective communication.
- Manage our internal document database, ensuring all key documents are up-to-date and accessible.
- Work closely with directors and managers to maintain, organise, and update critical documents, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Implement a system for document version control and regularly audit the database for accuracy and completeness.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with HubSpot and SharePoint is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and eager attitude, with a passion for marketing and innovation.
