About the Role:
We are seeking a high performing junior team assistant.
The role would best suit a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual with a passion for helping others. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to provide ongoing administrative support to the broader professional team.
Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Maintain office supplies.
Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Provide general ad hoc administrative day to day assistance and support to team members.
Manage meeting facilities including scheduling.
This is a new role that has been created due to the growth of the firm. You will be able to grow your career inline with the growth and development of the firm.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude.
A positive attitude and the ability to develop cooperative and inclusive working relationships with others, whilst considering the needs of others
Excellent interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence to build on relationships with team members, clients and key stakeholders
