With over 20 years industry experience, Kate has been involved in appointments across a broad range of industries including financial services, childcare, tourism and hospitality, transport, manufacturing, property and construction and retail. She has an excellent commercial understanding of key business drivers and ratios which she applies to improve short term business performance and longer term financial viability.
Hugh has led numerous engagements in local and global environments including Receiverships, Liquidations, Voluntary Administrations, Deeds of Company Arrangements, Schemes of Arrangement, Investigative Accountants Reports and Expert Reports. His solutions approach has been a critical success factor driving the outcomes in many of these engagements.
As a Solicitor, Lucy worked on high profile insolvency litigation as well as a significant minority shareholding oppression case in the New South Wales Supreme Court involving two prominent hotelier families where trading reviews of hotels and restaurants was required.
Lucy has worked with boards, financiers, major suppliers and individual stakeholders and organisations of all sizes from ASX listed top 100 corporations through to SMEs and government entities.
Our Team
Adam is experienced in the field of plant and equipment valuations, re-marketing and asset advisory. Through this, he has developed a rich knowledge of a broad range of asset classes and their secondary markets.
Adam’s experience includes managing the receivership of a national steel importer requiring the control of ongoing trading to maximise the realisation of the business as a going concern. Managing the Liquidation of a subsidiary of the Provident Capital group requiring detailed financial analysis and reporting to ASIC.
He prides himself on being proactive in being able to manage, from a technical aspect, various stakeholders in the insolvency environment in an efficient and timely manner.
His main areas of focus include assisting with the realisation of assets, corresponding with key stakeholders of administrations and liaising with procurement officers of government departments to complete financial assessments.
Nick also engages with contractors and analyses financial information for the preparation of basic and medium financial assessments.
In addition to having an eye to detail, Rui also pays attention to the macro environment. She conducted in-depth industrial researches in the spaces of fashion retail, fuel retail as well as gift card industry.
Rui engages in both formal and informal appointments. She is heavily involved in data analysis, financial modelling, report writing, dividend distribution, circulars preparation and corresponding with key stakeholders.
He prides himself on his attention to detail and thoughtful analysis into financial information. Danny is proactive in gathering relevant information from various resources to assist with financial investigation.
His main areas of focus include assisting in the investigation into companies, financial data, preparing main reports and circulars to creditors in formal insolvency appointments, corresponding with key stakeholders from directors, employees, creditors to government statutory agencies including the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC).
