She has credentials as a Registered Liquidator and a Bankruptcy Trustee and a strong track record working with businesses, lenders and stakeholders to undertake formal appointments conduct reviews, investigative assignments and business reconstruction engagements.

With over 20 years industry experience, Kate has been involved in appointments across a broad range of industries including financial services, childcare, tourism and hospitality, transport, manufacturing, property and construction and retail. She has an excellent commercial understanding of key business drivers and ratios which she applies to improve short term business performance and longer term financial viability.

His unique multi-disciplinary background, coupled with his focus on strategic thinking, management expertise and strong communication, ensures engagements under his leadership exceed the expectations of external and internal stakeholders.

Hugh has led numerous engagements in local and global environments including Receiverships, Liquidations, Voluntary Administrations, Deeds of Company Arrangements, Schemes of Arrangement, Investigative Accountants Reports and Expert Reports. His solutions approach has been a critical success factor driving the outcomes in many of these engagements.

Mirzan Mansoor

Mirzan has in excess of 13 years of experience across restructuring and turnaround, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate banking in Australia and in Singapore. Mirzan is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Liquidator.

He has assisted in the provision of advice to numerous companies, ranging from family-owned businesses to large conglomerates, to reset and grow. His key industry specialisations are construction, retail, technology, transport and mining and commodities.

Recently he was involved in advising a multinational group specialising in the commodities, renewable energy, and steel manufacturing sectors with a presence in London, Eastern Europe, India, Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia.

He also has been pivotal in assisting numerous family-owned businesses utilise the small business restructuring regime to restructure legacy debts and move forward.

Rui has hands-on experience working in accounting departments in retail, hospitality and logistic industries. She is competent in collecting and dealing with financial and non-financial data to analyse business performance.

Max Joined Olvera in June 2021 as a full-time analyst. He has completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Sydney University, majoring in Management.

She is a passionate, vibrant and results-oriented marketing professional with qualifications and experience in B2B marketing, business development and international business. Ava has a creative eye and enjoys bringing life to the mundane and approaching things differently. In particular, Ava's skillsets and experience expand across multi-channel marketing and market research. She is also currently pursuing her Master's degree in Law specialising in International Trade and Commerce at Macquarie University.
